At Carolina Outfitters Clothing Co. LLC, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will not be eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Undergarments and intimate clothing
Final sale or clearance items

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
